First Friday Fest

Join us on Friday, July 1 from 12-8 p.m. in Pioneer Park for some serious summer fun! There will be live music, drinks from Goldie’s AK, delicious food, artists and artisans selling hand-made goods, fun activities, AND the opening of our July exhibition, Quilt Alaska! While you’re at the Fest, make sure to explore all the shops, museums, and eateries in Gold Rush Town!
Come enjoy the sun with us, eat some great food, dance in the park, and celebrate the amazing arts community we have in Fairbanks!

What’s happening at First Friday Fest?
Come play with the Fairbanks Children’s Museum from 12-4 p.m. and enjoy lawn games around the Centennial Center!
Check out a new installation by artist Tamara Wilson in her mobile gallery space, The Lemonade Stand from 5-8 p.m.
Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre will be at the fest all day with costumes, tickets for their upcoming performances, and lots of ways to get involved!

We have several local artists and artisans selling original, hand-made works of art at First Friday Fest! Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram to learn more about our vendors.
We still have a few vendor spots open! If you’re interested in participating as a vendor fill out the vendor registration form. Vendor registration deadline: Wednesday, June 29 at 12 pm.
We also invite community partners to participate with info booths and activities! Please see this form for more information.
