Visual Arts Programming at Fairbanks Arts includes managing The Bear Gallery on the third floor of the Pioneer Park Centennial Center for the Arts, exhibiting three juried shows: the Spring Juried Exhibition with the 2017 theme of Convergence (April), 64th Parallel (October), and the statewide traveling exhibit Rarefied Light (December). Other regularly occurring shows include Up With Art (March) and the biennial Quilt Alaska exhibit (Summer 2018).

December: Rarefied Light  from Alaska Photographic Center

There are also occasional lectures and classes offered for visual artists. Upcoming workshops.
