April First Friday:Up With Art Student Exhibition extended and online!

Fairbanks Arts Association presents

Up With Art ENCORE!

Fairbanks North Star Borough School District

Annual Student Art Exhibition

From the gallery to the web!

Opening Reception: Friday, April 3 at 6pm

Update (April 2): We did not like that we had to shut down the gallery during UP With Art, so we demand an ENCORE! Please join Fairbanks Arts for the virtual re-opening of Up With Art, the annual Fairbanks North Star Borough School District student exhibition when it goes ONLINE this Friday!

This show originally opened in the Wandering Bear Gallery on Friday, March 6 and saw an early closure 10 days later due to COVID-19 concerns. That isn’t how we want Youth Art Month to go down, so join us this First Friday for #UpWithArt!

We want to thank the hundreds of students, families, teachers, administrators, and arts supporters who attended Up With Art in the Wandering Bear Gallery in early March to support our young artists. We now invite others to enjoy the show as well!

We encourage you to sign up for the Arts Education F.A.N. (Fairbanks Arts News) so you can stay up to date with arts education happenings!
