Call for Vendors: Chena Lake Art and Music Festival

We’re now accepting vendor registrations for the Chena Lake Art and Music Festival! Join Fairbanks Arts and Fairbanks North Star Borough’s Parks & Recreation in celebrating local creativity, music, and community spirit!

We’re looking for artisans, makers, and community arts and culture organizations who want a chance to showcase their work and connect with hundreds of festival-goers in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

This year’s Festival will take place on:

Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 from 2:00-7:00 p.m.

Chena Lake Recreation Area (3780 Laurance Rd, North Pole)

Registration Deadline
Vendors must register online by
Sunday, July 20th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. AKST

Prospective vendors must read the Vendor Policy in full before registering as a vendor for the Chena Lake Art & Music Festival.
